We accept Medicare, Worker's Compensation and most private insurance plans and PPO's. We do not accept any HMO insurance plans.
Please call our office at (310)543-4655 to see if we are providers for your insurance plan. As a courtesy, we will call your insurance company and verify your plan's physical therapy benefits. However, we recommend that you also call your insurance carrier regarding your benefits to determine the accuracy of the information provided to us by your insurance company.
